Postnuptial Agreement

A voluntary marriage contract between spouses that is created after their wedding to help resolve issues in the marriage by removing a source of disagreement over assets, finances, children, chores and so on. A postnuptial agreement may also be created is if the financial status of either spouse changes significantly after the wedding.
